Just as many physicians specialize in certain areas of practice, so, too, do many of us in our profession. In addition to being a REALTOR®--one who adheres to a professional Code of Ethics, I have earned other industry designations as well. The John Group specializes in representing buyers (Accredited Buyer’s Representative—ABR®) and in relocation services. Additionally, I am a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Membership requirements include not only additional training and passing exams, but successfully completing a minimum number of transactions. Bottom line?
